At Synergy we combine all our knowledge to get each others client’s results, not just our individual clients. Synergy has no membership fees. You pay your trainer and that is it. Our training package rates compete with the other “top” fitness facilities as well. Finally, our trainers; Synergy trainers are very experienced and diverse in knowledge.  Our staff includes athletic trainers, corrective exercise specialists, as well as competitive power lifters. We are all here for one thing: get you to your goal.</p>

There are a few simple things you can do to get started…First, stop eating junk food (cookies, candy, fast food, etc.). Second, make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
